About The Role

We are looking for a driven Business Developer to join our National Security & Defence (NSD) team in Finland.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing our presence in one of the most critical and rapidly evolving sectors. You will work with both public authorities and private sector leaders across the domains of sea, land, air, space, and cyberspace—helping them strengthen their security and resilience through our cybersecurity and digital trust services.

Your primary focus is to identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities, expanding our presence and opening new logos across the national security ecosystem, including authorities, defence organisations, and their key suppliers. Alongside this, you will take ownership of a select number of key accounts, providing a strong and stable base for growth through long-term partnership development.

Working closely with our sales, delivery, and industry teams, you will act as a bridge between customer needs and our capabilities—ensuring that we bring relevant, high-value solutions to our clients and build lasting trust in a highly demanding environment.

About You

We are looking for a person who is motivated, hands-on, and eager to grow.

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management with background preferably in cybersecurity or the defence sector
  • Background in IT, cybersecurity
  • Strong drive to learn and develop, this role is for someone who wants to build their career, not just maintain it
  • Willingness to work hard together with the team and contribute actively to shared success
  • Ability to build trust with customers and internal stakeholders in a structured and professional way
  • Commercial or technical education
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and turn them into concrete results
  • Strong communication skills and ability to operate in complex environments
  • Proven experience in the National Security & Defence sector.
