You’ll influence how we prioritize, build, package, and bring products to market, ensuring alignment between customer needs, product capabilities, and business success.

Role details

As a Product Leader, you will:

• Own the product vision and direction for Treasury solutions, including Deal Management, Treasury Plus, and Hedge Accounting
• Define and articulate the key customer problems we solve, and clearly communicate their business relevance and impact
• Lead customer discovery and develop a deep understanding of Treasury processes, market needs, and trends
• Own and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer value, business impact, and data insights
• Define epics and features, ensuring clarity and alignment with development teams
• Track and analyze customer and internal KPIs to measure product success
• Ensure a seamless cross-module experience and strong end-to-end Treasury customer journey
• Define pricing and support the commercial success of your product area
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Marketing to align go-to-market execution
• Drive clear and transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders

What success looks like in this role

In the first 6 months, you are expected to:

• Take ownership of Deal Management, Treasury Plus, and Hedge Accounting product areas
• Build strong collaboration across product, engineering, and commercial teams
• Develop a deep understanding of customers, Treasury use cases, and market dynamics

Longer term, you will be measured by:

• Clear product direction and well-prioritized roadmap
• Measurable product success through defined KPIs
• Strong alignment between product, customer needs, and commercial outcomes
• Seamless customer experience across Treasury modules

What we’re looking for

You bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience covering the following areas:

• Working in product management or product leadership roles within a SaaS environment
• Understanding treasury processes (e.g. deal management, cash management, hedge accounting)
• Translating customer problems into scalable product solutions
• Owning product roadmaps, prioritization, and feature definition
• Working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Engineering
• Applying strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Working with pricing and commercial aspects of product management

In addition, you bring:

• Excellent stakeholder communication skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Additional European languages are an advantage

Practical information

Salary: A starting salary of €65,000 per year, depending on your skills and experience + up to 15% annual bonus (if company-wide goals are met)

Work setup: Flexible hybrid work in Finland, Sweden, Austria, or Netherlands
