As part of our Data & Innovation team, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering data-driven solutions that support critical business priorities across the Maison.

This hybrid role combines the analytical depth of data science with the leadership and coordination skills of project management. You will work on high-impact initiatives across Retail, Supply Chain, Planning, and Corporate functions, transforming complex data into actionable insights and scalable business solutions.

From forecasting and stock optimization to performance measurement and process automation, you will drive projects from ideation and proof of concept through to deployment and adoption. By collaborating closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners, you will help create innovative solutions that generate tangible business value and support the Maison’s continued growth.


Key Responsibilities


Data Science Solution Development & Support

  • Design, develop and improve accurate, reliable data science solutions addressing business needs across retail, planning, supply chain, operations and corporate functions.
  • Build and maintain predictive models, analytical tools, dashboards and automation scripts to support decision-making, operational efficiency and performance monitoring.
  • Monitor and improve existing data science solutions by analyzing performance, identifying gaps, testing alternatives, and documenting recommendations.
  • Ensure that models, dashboards, and analytical outputs are robust, explainable, maintainable, and actionable for business users.
  • Work closely with business teams, IT, Business intelligence teams and external partners to translate operational needs into scalable data science solutions, from exploration to industrialized usage.


Data Analysis, Modeling & AI capabilities

  • Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights supporting business decisions and performance
  • Design and improve statistical, predictive and machine learning models for key use cases (forecasting, optimization, segmentation, anomaly detection)
  • Ensure data quality and model reliability through cleaning, feature engineering and robust evaluation methods
  • Select the most relevant approach, from advanced AI to simpler statistical or rule-based solutions, depending on the context
  • Translate business needs into structured analytical problems with clear methodology, assumptions and success criteria
  • Communicate insights and recommendations effectively through dashboards, reports and visualizations


Data Platform, AI Readiness & Industrialization

  • Contribute to the definition of data science and AI requirements within the company’s data platform initiatives.
  • Ensure that data science solutions are robust, maintainable, secure, and aligned with company standards.
  • Document technical choices, data assumptions and operating processes to support continuity, knowledge transfer, and long-term scalability.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Master’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, AI or a related field; additional training in AI or machine learning is a plus
  • Significant experience in data science, machine learning or advanced analytics, ideally in a business-facing environment within retail, luxury, supply chain or consumer goods
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience developing robust, maintainable data workflows and models
  • Solid foundation in statistical modelling, machine learning and key techniques such as forecasting, segmentation, anomaly detection and model evaluation
  • Ability to work with complex data, structure business problems and deliver actionable insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a pragmatic approach to driving adoption of data and AI within business teams
  • Full professional proficiency in English is required



Compensation: €48,000 – €52,000 brut per annum, depending on profile and experience.


At equal qualifications, priority will be given to candidates recognized as beneficiaries under the disability employment obligation.
