We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team, taking ownership of key product lines and supporting our DACH business. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of Hanwha Vision's product portfolio while working closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical teams and our European HQ.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and manage pricing strategies to ensure competitive product positioning.
• Own product ranges out of company's product portofolio, drive Product planning and development, specifically Hanwha Vision's Q Series cameras and IP Barcode Reader (Vehicle Location Tracking Systems), Thermal imaging and/or ATEX rated explosion proof cameras.
• Plan and deliver successful product launches, including timelines, internal communications and sales enablement.
• Support Sales, Pre-Sales and Technical teams with product expertise and day-to-day enquiries.
• Manage the product lifecycle, including new product introductions, product improvements and End-of-Life planning.
• Monitor product availability, inventory levels and sales forecasts.
• Work closely with HQ on compliance, certifications and product documentation.
• Create product presentations, sales tools, product collateral and demonstration content alongside Marketing.
• Evaluate new products and technologies, identify market opportunities and provide recommendations for future product development.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer feedback reviews to help shape future product strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe to support strategic projects and business growth.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a Product Management role within a B2B technology environment.
• Experience with IP CCTV, Video Surveillance, Security Solutions, Thermal imaging or Vehicle Location Tracking Systems (VLTS) is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience of product pricing and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical skills and advanced Microsoft Excel capability.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and commercial audiences.
• A customer-focused mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys solving problems and driving continuous improvement.
• Engineering or Technical degree (desirable).
• Fluent English is essential. Additional European languages or Korean are an advantage.
• Full driving licence.
