Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of complex manufacturing and engineering projects within a highly technical production environment.

Working closely with sales, engineering, production, and supply chain teams, you will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle from technical handover through to final assembly, testing, and delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the complete manufacturing process from project handover to final delivery.
• Collaborate with Technical Sales Support teams to ensure a seamless transition from customer order to production planning.
• Support international projects as part of a global project delivery team.
• Coordinate communication with key suppliers regarding component deliveries, quality standards, and technical compliance.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to define technical requirements and manage design modifications.
• Provide technical oversight across HVAC and cooling system components, including fans, heat exchangers, filtration systems, dampers, controls, and instrumentation.
• Ensure the correct internal and external resources are allocated to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to ensure on-time project completion and delivery.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Profile

• Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, Production Management, Manufacturing Operations, or a similar technical environment.
• Previous experience within HVAC, cooling systems, air handling units (AHUs), or related building services technologies is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
