Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Create dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Identify trends, patterns, and business insights from data.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
• Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports.
• Support business teams with ad hoc data analysis requests.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query).
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Good understanding of data analysis and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of Python or R is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
