Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the definition, design, and development of complex new features in current and future products.
• Performing code reviews for your peers where you will be learning from and contributing to a collaborative working model
• Tackling challenging engineering and user experience problems and implementing elegant and seamless solutions.
• Lead the development and implementation for features and areas of the mobile application that impact millions of users.
• Working with engineering team members to explore and create interesting solutions while sharing knowledge amongst the team.
• Collaborating with user experience designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver new features, enhancements, platform improvements and bug fixes
• Collaborate with other engineers to write testable, reliable code, continuously deploying to production systems
• Growing in a culture of learning through design discussions and code reviews
• Contribute to the deployment, monitoring, and operation of large-scale production systems distributed across the globe.
• Recommend alternative approaches to solving complex problems and use new technology to achieve goals
  
  

Qualifications:

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent, with 6+ years of experience
• Strong Object-Oriented programming experience: Kotlin, Java, C++, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar
• Strong foundation in Computer Science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design
• Deep technical knowledge of Android mobile application development, with a solid understanding of framework components, architecture patterns, and lifecycle management
• Strong experience with modern web application development, including Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, JSON, HTML5, CSS3, and related frameworks or tooling
• Strong knowledge of software development principles, including design patterns, code structure, programming languages, continuous integration, testing strategies, and deployment architecture
• Experience with test-driven development across mobile and/or web platforms, using technologies such as Espresso, Robolectric, Appium, Jest, Cypress, Playwright, or similar
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building apps with React Native or other cross-platform mobile frameworks
• Experience working with Jetpack Compose
• Experience with AI, ML, and GenAI
• Shipped an app to the Google Play Store and/or launched production web experiences
• Experience developing mobile and/or web application frameworks, SDKs, or platform solutions for Identity, Payments, Analytics, or related domains
• Experience with modern web technologies and ecosystems, including Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, and client-side application architecture
• Experience with Scrum or similar agile development methodology
• Leverage AI coding assistants, such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor, as a core part of your daily workflow to accelerate development velocity and optimize code quality

The compensation for this position ranges from €72,600.00 - €121,000.00 /yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. Your package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions. Our benefits include healthcare, pension and a flexible package you can adapt to your own needs.
