I am looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to deliver comprehensive HR operations in a leading global aviation leasing company based in Dublin. This pivotal role combines hands-on payroll and benefits administration with employee relations, HR reporting, recruitment support, and driving key initiatives such as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
What You’ll Bring:
- 2 to 5 years of HR experience, with strong experience in payroll and benefits administration
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Proven ability to interpret people data to support business decision-making
- Excellent communication skills and experience engaging with employees at all levels
- Adaptability to navigate evolving business needs and environments
Key requirements:
- University degree in HR, Business or a related field
- Experience with payroll processing, tax reconciliation and benefits renewals
- Exposure to wellbeing programs and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives
- Background in recruitment administration and onboarding/offboarding coordination
- Familiarity with GDPR compliance and HR audit processes
