PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Within the Procurement Reporting & Supplier Relations Team, the resource will support in driving data-driven decision making, supplier performance management, digitalization initiatives and AI adoption across the Procurement organization.

This includes:

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Procurement reporting, dashboards, and analytics tools to support operational and strategic decision-making
  • Define, monitor, and enhance Procurement KPIs, supplier scorecards, and performance measurement frameworks
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret Procurement and Supplier Performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Drive the implementation of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions to enhance reporting, analytics and business processes
  • Drive digitalization and automation initiatives aimed at improving Procurement efficiency, data quality and decision-making capabilities
  • Collaborate with Procurement stakeholders to translate business requirements into reports, dashboards and analytical solutions
  • Ensure data consistency, governance and accuracy across Procurement reporting platforms, databases and digital tools
  • Support Supplier Relationship Management activities through performance reviews, reporting packages, and executive-level presentations
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the evolution of Procurement digital tools and processes
  • Act as a key reference point for Procurement data analytics, reporting governance, and digital transformation projects


REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Engineering Degree or Economics, Information Systems degree
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Procurement Analytics, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain, Reporting or related functions
  • Strong analytical mindset, with proven problem-solving capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, manage and interpret complex datasets and transform data into actionable business insights
  • Strong interest and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI and digital transformation tools
  • Experience in KPI definition, scorecard development and performance management processes
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and data visualization and business intelligence tools
  • Experience with data analytics, reporting systems and database management
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate as an effective team member across functions
  • Strong project management and continuous improvement mindset
  • Result-driven, proactive and continuous-improvement oriented approach
  • Fluent in English


SALARY INFORMATION:

  • Applied Contract: CCSL Contratto Collettivo Specifico di Lavoro Iveco Group
  • Grade: 2° Gruppo Professionale
  • Salary range: Euro 40.000 – 47.000
  • Variable payment as per CCSL Contratto Collettivo Specifico di Lavoro Iveco Group
