Lindström PRODEM, a workwear manufacturing factory, located in Tukums currently is looking for Pattern Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating / compiling patterns for products created from product Platforms and master patterns;

• Fulfil data in tech packs for products made from product platforms according to instructions;

• Guiding sample production in Prodem sample production;

• Checking samples, evaluating fit & size;

• Guiding external partners to work according to Lindström Platform patterns and technical documentation;

• Ensure that made patterns are suitable for garment production.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good knowledge of pattern making, pattern management and tech pack creation;

• Pattern making tools (Gerber AccuMark);

• Knowledge of different garment manufacturing techniques;

• Good time management skills;

• Good Latvian and English language skills for communication and working with documentation;

• Excellent co-operation skills and enthusiasm.
