Responsibilities

• Monitor studio operations and resolve issues
• Report income alerts promptly
• Deliver high-quality customer service
• Follow daily work plans and company procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with internal policies
• Available to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays as required

Qualifications

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in Latvian and English
• Confident using MS Office, Excel, and Google Drive

Salary: €1600 - 2000 gross per month (based on experience and knowledge).
