We are seeking a Network Engineer to join our IT team. The role is focused to ensure reliable, secure and high-performance network infrastructure across all company environments, supporting business continuity, communications and ongoing IT infrastructure development.


Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and administer network infrastructure.
  • Manage routing, switching, and firewall environments.
  • Monitor network performance and ensure high availability.
  • Perform Layer 3 (L3) troubleshooting and diagnose network issues.
  • Maintain cloud and hybrid network connectivity.
  • Ensure network security, access control, and compliance.
  • Organize and maintain network documentation, standards, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments and infrastructure projects, including radio links, GCS systems, Starlink deployments, and custom network builds.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, OSI model, routing & switching (VLANs, OSPF, BGP).
  • Cloud networking experience with Azure.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in networking/infrastructure, including implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing network issues.
  • Understanding of network security principles, segmentation, and basic threat mitigation.
  • Ability to create and maintain clear technical documentation, diagrams, and procedures.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Networking certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are an advantage.
  • Experience with ZTN architecture as advantage.
  • Experience with SDWAN as advantage.
