UI/UX Designer (AI Prototyping & Product Experience)

As a UI/UX Designer on our Business Intelligence team, you won’t just be drawing static boxes or throwing designs over the wall. You will be a vital co-pilot in shaping how data, automated tools, and AI-driven interfaces come together. Working closely with our design lead, your superpower will be rapid, AI-augmented prototyping—moving seamlessly from Figma ideation into actual code environments to bring interfaces to life.

What You Will Do:

• Refine AI Generation into Premium UX: Take raw, complex AI outputs, automation pipelines, and initial data streams, and shape them into human-centric, high-quality, and highly intuitive digital interfaces;
• Co-create with Product Leaders: Collaborate closely with project managers and owners who handle the early-stage drafting and generate initial AI landing page blueprints. You will step in to take these foundational ideas and evolve them into fully realized digital experiences;
• Prototyping in the AI Era: Move past static mockups. You will speak through working, interactive prototypes built directly in code environments (using VS Code, GitHub Codespaces, or AI code editors) to clearly communicate the exact product "vibe", layout, and logic to developers;
• Be our AI Scout: Actively follow the latest AI updates, models, and design/dev tool releases. We want you to experiment with new technologies and constantly bring fresh ideas and workflows to the design and product teams;
• Bridge Design and Development: Use Figma to maintain our visual systems and design foundations, then rapidly translate those concepts into functioning UI experiments using generative AI development tools;
• Evolve the Product: Design and iterate on our web, mobile-responsive, and native app products, focusing heavily on modern, dynamic content feeds.

What We Expect:

• If we had to break down your core technical muscles, it looks something like this: 60–70% Vibe Coding, AI prototyping, and your traditional Figma skills / usability testing. We care less about rigid job definitions and more about your ability to build and iterate rapidly;
• The "Vibe Coding" Mindset: You aren't afraid of a code editor. While you don't need to be a full-stack engineer, you know enough HTML/CSS/JS or framework basics to guide AI tools to spin up functioning interactive front-ends. Claude, Gemini, and Codex are the core of our daily environment, but we are completely tool-agnostic—bringing in fresh models, emerging platforms, or better ways to build is always highly encouraged;
• AI Obsession & Curiosity: You have a genuine passion for the evolving AI ecosystem. You love testing new prompt techniques, exploring new AI design frameworks, and sharing what you learn;
• Figma Fluency: Strong skills in Figma for handling design components, asset management, and initial layout ideation;
• The "Quality" Filter: A strong aesthetic and analytical eye. You know how to filter out the noise from generative tools and shape it into a polished, high-end user experience;
• Systems & Data Mindset: Comfort working alongside data analysts and backend logic. You understand how components, data structures, and UI react to each other.

Salary: 4000-5000 Eur/gross. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. We are committed to attracting the best talent and are open to negotiating salaries above this range.
