Junior Business Analyst

Mandatory Qualifications/Experience

1. University degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
2. Strong ability to structure and document business information
3. Proven experience (minimum 1 year, typically 1–3 years) in business analysis, documentation or project support roles for sourcing and procurement services
4. Experience supporting workshops and capturing business inputs
5. Experience working in structured project environments

Preferred experience

1. 2 to 3 years of experience in business analysis or project environments
2. Experience in documenting business processes, requirements or structured deliverables
3. Exposure to ERP or finance-related projects is an asset
