Job Description

As an AI Architect at Devoteam, you will be at the forefront of designing cutting-edge, scalable, and secure architectures for our most innovative AI use cases. You will act as the technical lead on AI architecture, bridging complex technical challenges and tangible business value across our client engagements and internal projects.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Design & Ownership:

• Design architectures for advanced AI systems, including autonomous AI agents, multi-agent workflows, orchestration, and tool usage,
• Own the "system design" for new AI initiatives, from proof-of-concept to industrialization,
• Define deployment and optimization strategies for models on target infrastructures, including GPUs,
• Select and design the data layer required by AI models (vector, multi-modal, and other stores relevant to retrieval and agent memory).
  
  
  

Integration & Collaboration:

• Collaborate with DevOps teams to define containerization standards (Docker, Kubernetes) for data and AI services,
• Ensure the seamless integration of new solutions into the existing corporate IT ecosystem,
• Act as the technical lead for AI architecture and communicate the technical vision to stakeholders (business, IT).
  
  
  

Innovation & Expertise:

• Conduct active technology watch on data architectures, the open-source AI ecosystem, and system design,
• Contribute to the technical community and internal knowledge-sharing on AI architecture best practices.
  
  
  

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• Proven expertise in AI/Solutions architecture and system design applied to Artificial Intelligence, ideally including autonomous agents and orchestration,
• Good knowledge of models like Llama/Mistral and tools like Ollama, LangChain, (or equivalent),
• Solid understanding of vector databases, agent memory/retrieval patterns, and general familiarity with relational/NoSQL/Big Data environments,
• Good working knowledge of the containerization ecosystem (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm) and architectures optimized for GPU deployment,
• Holistic view of the corporate IT landscape and understand complex integration challenges,
• Fluency in English is essential.
  
  
  

Bonus points: Practical knowledge of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD tools, experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) and their managed data and AI services, a track record of contributing to open-source projects or leading technical communities, and prior experience in Data Visualization.
