On behalf of our customer Devyser we are looking for a Product Manager to the company´s Head Quarters in Stockholm.



Location: Stockholm, Sweden.



Overview: As Product Manager at Devyser, you will oversee a dynamic portfolio of diagnostic products, including Devyser RHD for fetal RHD screening and two new molecular blood testing products. Your role will be key in managing product life cycles, driving customer experience initiatives, and guiding new product development. By gathering customer insights, performing market and competitive analysis, and collaborating across departments, you will develop strategic roadmaps and lead product launches. This position provides a unique opportunity to impact Devyser’s growth and enhance diagnostic workflows in prenatal and transfusion medicine.



Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full product life cycle, ensuring successful product launches and alignment with market demands.

- Participate in new product development by engaging with customers to gather insights and prioritize critical product features.

- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and enhance customer workflows.

- Develop short- and long-term product roadmaps to support Devyser’s growth in prenatal and transfusion diagnostics.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, finance, and manufacturing, to ensure business objectives are met.



You will report to Director Product Management.



Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences (genetics, molecular biology, or similar).

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management within diagnostics preferably within RNA/DNA analysis.

- Strong knowledge of the routine diagnostic market.

- Knowledge of molecular diagnostics testing domain, from sample collection and preparation to analysis.

- Experience in product lifecycle management.

- Experience working in a regulated environment, with knowledge of IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) and LDT (Laboratory Developed Tests) products.

- It is meritorious with an understanding of the Pragmatic framework concept.
