Senior Golang / Python Engineer – OpenTelemetry (Relocation Provided) (Relocation Provided)
For one of our leading enterprise clients, we are looking for an experienced Senior Golang / Python Engineer to help build and evolve a centralized OpenTelemetry platform.
This is not a traditional observability role focused on configuring monitoring tools. Instead, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining OpenTelemetry SDKs, telemetry agents, and reusable instrumentation libraries that enable engineering teams to consistently collect logs, metrics, and traces across a large-scale enterprise environment.
Working closely with multiple engineering squads, you'll build software components that standardize observability across hundreds of applications. Your work will directly contribute to improving developer experience, platform reliability, and the scalability of the organization's observability ecosystem.
This role is ideal for an experienced software engineer who enjoys building platform capabilities, creating reusable developer tooling, and solving complex engineering challenges using Go (preferred) or Python.
Why Join Us?
At Wypoon Technologies, you’ll work on dynamic projects for industry leaders such as Heineken, ING, ASML, Philips, and Shell, tackling exciting challenges and delivering tailored enterprise solutions.
Here’s what makes us stand out:
✔ Impactful Work: Shape the future of our clients’ digital landscapes.
✔ Innovative Environment: Collaborate within a supportive team that values learning and growth.
✔ State-of-the-art technology: Access the latest tools and platforms.
