Staff Product Manager

Staff Product Manager | Payments & Data | 3 stage process | B1+ German & C1+ English | €90-€120,000

I am working with a Global business who need a new Staff Product Manager to join their payments team!

This team is Global but a lot of their team sit across their Berlin or Amsterdam office, therefore you will engage with several people within the business.

This role yes is Product orientated but what will stand out is your communication, how you make decisions & what the impact of those decisions will have across the Product & wider business.

Skills:

• Communication - this is crucial, someone who can eloquently explain their decision making & impact of decisions will do well in this role
• Solid Product Management background (7-8 years+)
• Fintech and Payments background
• Data & analytical background
• Good commercial awareness
• Experience working with RevOps or GTM teams
• Ideally a B2B and or E-Commerce background

Information:

• Hybrid from their Amsterdam office
• 3 stage interview process
• C1+ English (must be comfortable dealing with teams in the US)
• B1+ German
• French - BONUS
• Salary - €90,000-€120,000
