岗位职责：
- 拟定并完善人力资源规划、人力资源风控管理、组织管理、权责管理、岗位与编制管理等制度；
- 参与编制公司中长期人力资源规划及组织发展规划；
- 负责组织架构、组织管控以及岗位、编制的定期检视与优化调整工作；
- 负责开展组织发展相关课题研究及组织诊断等工作；
- 负责人力资源风控管理工作，建立并完善公司人力资源风险管控指标及重大风险应急响应机制，定期监测指标并提出整改方案；
- 负责人力资源组织发展模块信息化工作，做好组织与岗位的维护及报表优化等工作。
- 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、心理学、工商管理、组织发展等相关专业；
- 3-5年大中型企业组织发展相关工作经验，有食品加工及畜牧行业从业背景优先；
- 人力资源管理理论基础扎实，熟悉组织设计、组织诊断与分析原理，掌握组织效能评估等相关工具；
- 具有出色的逻辑思维能力、分析解决问题能力、文字方案撰写能力及优秀的沟通表达能力。
