As a Mortgage Project Manager, you'll lead strategic projects in the mortgage domain, driving high-impact initiatives from start to finish. You’ll be instrumental in shaping mortgage operations, ensuring efficient delivery of results while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for mortgage initiatives, ensuring timely delivery.
• Optimize mortgage processes, incorporating the latest digital tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, and operations teams to align on strategic objectives.
• Analyze and present data-driven insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and streamline operations within mortgage services.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 4+ years in project management or a related role within the mortgage or financial services sector.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of mortgage processes, project management frameworks, and policy, legislation and compliance.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
