I'm currently working with a global enterprise client who is looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Program Manager to lead a high-profile service transformation programme.

This isn't a traditional Program Manager role. You'll be responsible for leading the transition of IT services from an existing supplier while simultaneously driving the transformation and modernisation of those services. A key focus will be enhancing the Service Desk through new technologies, AI-enabled capabilities and continuous service improvement.

We're looking for someone with experience leading complex transformation programmes within enterprise environments who is comfortable engaging with senior business stakeholders and executives across multiple countries.

You'll ideally have experience with:

• IT Service Management (ITIL)
• Service transition and supplier migration
• Service transformation and continuous improvement
• Enterprise programme management
• Executive stakeholder management
• AI and automation within programme delivery
• Digital Workplace or ServiceNow environments (desirable)

We're looking for someone who enjoys improving services, driving change and delivering business outcomes, rather than simply managing project plans.
