We are looking for an IT Operations Analyst to join a project at a company specializing in the management of financial markets.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and ensure the availability of production and testing environments
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve operational alerts, incidents, and service disruptions
- Investigate and resolve L1 and L2 automation failures, ensuring timely recovery of services
- Manage incidents, service requests, and change tickets, ensuring compliance with defined SLAs
- Participate in the management and coordination of major incidents, escalating issues when required
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for service improvement
- Create, review, and maintain operational procedures and knowledge base documentation
- Work according to ITIL best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and development teams to ensure service reliability and stability
- Participate in on-call and 24/7 shift rotations to support business-critical services
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in IT Operations, Production Support, Infrastructure Support, or a similar role
- Good knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting
- Experience with monitoring and alerting platforms
- Experience working with Jira and ITIL-based processes
- Experience managing incidents, changes, and service requests in production environments
- Good understanding of troubleshooting methodologies and root cause analysis
- Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Good command of English
- Availability to work in a 24/7 shift schedule
- Strong analytical mindset, sense of ownership, and proactive attitude
- Experience with scripting (Bash, Python, or similar) for automation
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals
- Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines or DevOps practices
- Experience in financial services or other mission-critical environments
- Technical guidance and continuous mentorship
