#THEROLE

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and support the production of graphic materials, mainly for social media, under the guidance of our Senior Designer. This role focuses on executing design pieces based on provided briefs and brand guidelines — you will not be responsible for creating content strategies. You will work with multiple brands within our group of companies, ensuring visual consistency and high-quality outputs across all projects.

#THEJOB

• Specialized know-how in the solutions offered by the company.
• Produce social media graphics based on provided instructions and brand guidelines.
• Adapt layouts and designs for different formats and platforms.
• Work with Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Apply established brand guidelines to all design work.
• Ensure visual consistency and quality across multiple brands.
• Collaborate with the Senior Designer for reviews and design refinements.

#ABOUTYOU

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow visual directions accurately.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Portfolio showcasing academic or professional design work.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in a professional environment.

#NICETOHAVE

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing.
• Previous experience in a corporate or agency setting.
• Experience using ClickUp or similar project/task management tools.
• Experience with Real Estate marketing
