We are looking for a Security Program Manager to join one of our biggest clients, a global technology-driven company operating in the insurance and digital services sector, focused on delivering innovative protection solutions through partnerships and embedded ecosystems.

Full Remote (mandatory to be based in Portugal)

What you will do:

• Partner with the CISO to define and translate security strategy into a structured, actionable program roadmap

• Structure and manage the Information Security program, including initiatives, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics

• Establish and run the program’s operating cadence, including tracking sessions, reviews, and executive reporting

• Track progress across the portfolio, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and delivery gaps, ensuring timely resolution or escalation

What you are like:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field

• Proven experience in program/project management within Information Security or IT environments

• Strong experience with tools like monday.com (or similar program management platforms) and reporting dashboards

• Solid understanding of governance frameworks, risk management, and security operations

• Experience leveraging automation and AI-powered tools to improve program reporting, insights, and efficiency (plus)
