Scrum Master
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Support multidisciplinary Agile teams in delivering high-quality solutions efficiently and consistently.
- Identify impediments, risks, and dependencies, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives and foster Agile best practices across teams.
- Monitor team performance indicators and support the configuration and analysis of Agile metrics and reports.
- Analyze team dynamics and identify direct relationships between Agile practices and delivery outcomes.
- Propose and follow up on concrete improvement actions based on team observations and performance metrics.
- Support the development of team maturity, predictability, quality, and delivery efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with development and technical teams to support decision-making processes.
- Encourage collaboration, transparency, accountability, and value-driven delivery.
- Contribute actively to Agile transformation and continuous learning initiatives.
- + 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role.
- Scrum Master certification such as PSM I or CSM.
- Experience facilitating multidisciplinary Agile teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to identify and resolve impediments while promoting team autonomy.
- Knowledge of Agile reporting, metrics, and performance indicators.
- Good technical understanding to enable effective interaction with development teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive mindset with strong initiative and execution capabilities.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Interest in continuous learning and Agile maturity evolution.
- Fluent in English – written and spoken.
- Portuguese is valued.
