We are looking for a Scrum Master (BSS | Telecom) to join one of our biggest clients, a leading organization in the telecommunications sector, focused on delivering complex Business Support Systems (BSS) solutions within large-scale enterprise environments.

Onshore or Nearshore (Portugal/Europe)

What you will do:

• Act as Scrum Master for multiple agile development teams working on complex BSS applications

• Facilitate and continuously improve Scrum ceremonies, ensuring effective agile delivery

• Identify, track, and remove delivery impediments (e.g., system access, environments, releases, dependencies)

• Promote cross-team coordination, transparency, and continuous improvement in a complex enterprise landscape

What you are like:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise software development environments

• Experience working with Java development teams

• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices

• Experience in telecom/OSS environments or complex legacy system landscapes (plus)
