Your Mission Will Be

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end project delivery within a dynamic telecom environment;
• Ensure alignment between business goals, technical teams, and stakeholders;
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and risks to guarantee successful project execution;
• Drive continuous improvement and optimize project management processes;
• Facilitate clear communication across cross-functional teams and partners.
  
  

You Will Need

• Proven experience managing complex IT or telecom-related projects;
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall);
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.
  
  

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• Experience in large-scale digital transformation or network-related projects;
• Familiarity with telecom systems, infrastructure, or operations;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset;
• Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum);
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
