About the Role
We are looking for a Regulatory Project Manager to join a dynamic Cybersecurity & Operational Resilience team, driving the implementation of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) across multiple international entities.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of cybersecurity, IT risk management, operational resilience, and regulatory compliance, helping organizations strengthen their resilience against evolving cyber threats while ensuring alignment with one of the most significant European regulations in the financial sector.
As part of the DORA Governance team, you will play a key role in coordinating implementation activities, supporting stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple business and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
- Maintain and coordinate the DORA implementation roadmap, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved.
- Translate regulatory requirements into practical implementation plans.
- Monitor progress across different entities, identifying risks and escalating issues when necessary.
- Organize and facilitate follow-up meetings, workshops, and governance sessions.
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with business, IT, cybersecurity, and operational teams.
- Support steering committees and governance forums.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted point of contact throughout the implementation.
Reporting & Communication
- Prepare executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions to senior management.
- Maintain project documentation, FAQs, and knowledge repositories.
Hands-on Implementation Support
- Collaborate directly with technical and business teams to implement DORA requirements, including topics such as:
- Network segmentation
- Backup and recovery
- Third-party risk monitoring
- Operational resilience testing
- Help translate regulatory expectations into practical operational actions.
- Support teams in overcoming implementation challenges and continuously expand knowledge across cybersecurity and resilience topics.
What We're Looking For
Project Management
- Experience managing IT or cybersecurity-related projects.
- Ability to develop project roadmaps and monitor delivery against milestones.
- Experience producing executive reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Technical Knowledge
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure and information systems.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals, servers, cybersecurity concepts, and the CIA Triad.
- Knowledge of operational resilience and cybersecurity principles.
- Previous exposure to DORA or other regulatory frameworks is an advantage.
Communication
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical or regulatory topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience facilitating workshops, governance meetings, or steering committees.
Languages
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- French is considered an advantage.
