YOUR ROLE


We are seeking a Data Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and solid experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to join our project. The ideal candidate will focus on transforming data into actionable insights, supporting business decision-making through analysis, reporting, and data visualization, with particular emphasis on GCP capabilities.


  • Take ownership of data analysis initiatives, demonstrating a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach.
  • Analyze, transform, and interpret complex datasets to generate meaningful insights and support data-driven business decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Design, build, and maintain efficient data queries, data models, and datasets using GCP tools, with a strong focus on BigQuery.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability through validation, monitoring, documentation and labeling of datasets.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs, enabling business users to monitor performance and make informed decisions.
  • Use big data frameworks and cloud-based technologies to process and analyze large volumes of structured and semi-structured data.
  • Clearly communicate insights, findings, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Promote a data-driven culture by supporting best practices in analytics, reporting, and data governance.


YOUR PROFILE


  • Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in Data Analyst or similar analytics roles.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, with proven hands-on experience working with large datasets.
  • Experience with Python for data analysis and data preparation or equivalent distributed platform (e.g. Pandas, PySpark).
  • Solid hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially BigQuery; experience with Dataproc or other GCP data services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with other cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is considered a bonus.
  • Familiarity with data science algorythms( Supervised/Unsupervised)
  • Strong experience in creating and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, enabling data storytelling and performance monitoring.
  • Good understanding of data modeling concepts, KPIs, and business metrics.
  • Knowledge of basic statistical concepts (descriptive statistics, trend analysis, hypothesis testing) applied to business analysis.
  • Experience working with large-scale data environments and cloud-based data warehouses.
  • Familiarity with version control tools (e.g. Git) and data pipeline and CI/CD concepts is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Academic background in Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Mandatory fluency in English.
