Once you’re here, you will:
- Keeping up to date with industry trends in development
- Understand, analyse, and develop complex test data sets
- Build different test scenarios and acceptance tests for complex test scenarios and performance testing
- Collaborate with developers, program management, and design teams on technical implementation and user scenarios
- Work with deployment teams to resolve issues in the system
- Provide execution of tests and analysing the results to ensure the highest quality
- Build and maintain test environments
- Communicate proactively, constructively, and openly between teams, across departments to gather and share information effectively
- Help to define strategic direction for testing by providing guidance, feedback, and suggestions to improve quality practices across an entire engineering team

Who are we looking for?
If you have some of the following skills and features, we will be happy to receive your application:
- Technical experience in development and quality engineering
- Love for continuous improvement to existing processes and business flows
- Ability to identify repeatable processes and automate them quickly (hands-on experience with modern test automation tools and frameworks)
- Deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Common sense so you can quickly establish the logical connection between different key factors
- Meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to advocate for the end-user
- Excellent English knowledge
The following skills would be nice to have but are not formal requirements:
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Experience with Scrum methodology and Agile tools (e.g. JIRA); experience in insurance or other financial services is a plus
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
