We are looking for "Technical Product Manager” to join the inspiring journey of Dias, a unique technology solutions provider in its field in Turkey.

What we expect? / Duty And Responsibilities :

• Serving as a technical product manager in projects addressing B2B and B2C audiences,
• Conducting technical analysis of the backend and client infrastructure in line with the business needs of the products, sharing it with the software developer and test team, coordinating and consolidating other analysis studies
• Creating a roadmap for products and services, following and owning the end-to-end product lifecycle, preparing and prioritizing the product backlog,
• Conducting preliminary assessments, technical feasibilities, managing business partners, directing business units and creating work plans according to the needs of customers and priorities of business units
• Determining the test scenarios with the test team and ensuring and coordinating the end user testing,
• Conducting business analysis, ensuring reconciliation with relevant units (Legal, Finance, Fraud, Revenue Assurance & Information Security), defining needs and processes
• Realization of UX/UI related work together with agency and design teams
• Monitoring budget and operational processes related to products and services
• Following up on product and service needs, customer complaints and coordinating with relevant parties
• Contributing to the product vision by following current global developments in product and service technologies
• Monitoring the HW/SW capacity and performance of the product and service, sizing with the relevant teams
• Preparation of proposal forms for new products, conducting Proof of Concept studies and product selection
• Being aware of the events that may interrupt business continuity and keeping them under control, carrying out the necessary work for Business Continuity
• Preparing academic and technical articles and conducting patent studies within the scope of R&D roles and responsibilities.

Qualifications We Are Looking For :

• Preferably graduated from Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics, Communication and Industry departments of universities,
• 5+ years of experience in backend, web application development processes and technical product management,
• Preferably with experience and interest in payment services,
• Good command of English,
• Analytical thinking, skilled in problem solving, creative, result and solution oriented
• Able to prioritize, plan, follow up actions and report effectively,
• Able to keep up with the intense work tempo with effective time management,
• Able to manage uncertainties and rapid changes, open to innovation,
• Strong communication and coordination skills, high persuasion, presentation and reporting skills,
• Knowledge and experience in Agile working methods and tools,
• A good team player,
• No military service for male candidates
