Product Manager (f/m/x)

We are looking for a skilled Product Manager to join a remote team focused on enhancing card lifecycle management for our client. In this role, you will collaborate closely with client stakeholders to execute initiatives related to onboarding, activation, usage growth, and customer engagement. Your expertise in payments and digital card products will be crucial in translating strategic goals into actionable plans. Your tasks

• Supporting the client in improving card lifecycle management across onboarding, activation, usage growth, customer engagement, and issuing-side P&L optimization
• Acting as an internal Product Manager within the client’s card business, working day-to-day with client stakeholders
• Executing activation and usage initiatives in collaboration with client teams
• Providing practical product input as a card lifecycle subject matter expert for strategy projects
• Ensuring that developed strategies can be translated into executable initiatives
• Contributing to strategy development while driving hands-on execution of product management tasks
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in product management, preferably within banking, payments, fintech, or card schemes
• Strong experience in managing card lifecycle initiatives, including onboarding, activation, usage, engagement, and retention
• Solid understanding of consumer card products, issuing economics, and portfolio performance
• Ability to translate strategy into practical execution plans and product requirements
• Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to work with portfolio performance data and lifecycle KPIs
• Advanced level of English

• Previous work in consumer debit or credit card lifecycle management
• Familiarity with digital-first card propositions or virtual cards
• Knowledge of mobile wallet provisioning and digital card activation
• Experience in card portfolio profitability improvement
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and lifecycle marketing
