About the role:

Remobi is looking for a Senior Data Analytics Product Manager to join a leading global energy technology organisation's Data & Analytics team. This organisation is on a mission to become fully data-driven, treating data as a strategic asset to support customers transitioning to a more sustainable world through innovative technology.

You'll be joining a team developing a portfolio of data solutions within the Service domain, drawing insights from operational data (gas turbines), maintenance consumables, and safety incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of data science PoCs and projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders to define requirements and develop detailed project roadmaps
• Conduct backlog refinement sessions and support sprint planning according to the defined roadmap; ensure documentation and prepare deliverables for technical review
• Prioritise project demands based on business impact, resource availability, and strategic alignment
• Support business value creation with aligned business cases, capturing value assumptions and business commitment
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery
• Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data science and product management, applying this knowledge to drive project success

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on data science or data-related projects/products
• Strong understanding of data science concepts, methodologies, and tools
• Focus on customer and business value
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira)
• Data science skills are a huge plus
