Graphic Designer

Join a dynamic project supporting the creation of high-impact marketing and stakeholder materials for a leading destination marketing organization. This freelance opportunity focuses on formatting and producing visually engaging documents, including a briefing document and a destination strategy report, each spanning 10–20 pages. The role involves transforming Word or HTML files into brand-compliant layouts that effectively communicate key messages to diverse audiences. There is potential for ongoing assignments, such as brochures, campaign collateral, and stakeholder reports, all within the tourism and hospitality sector. The position is fully remote, with the first deliverable due by mid-July 2026.

Deliverables

• Format and produce a briefing document and a destination strategy document (10–20 pages each) using Adobe InDesign, based on provided Word or HTML files.
• Ensure all layouts adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Integrate data, icons, and text to create clear, engaging, and accessible designs.
• Prepare files for digital distribution and print as required.
• Collaborate remotely with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and finalize deliverables.
• Potential to work on additional projects, including brochures, campaign materials, and stakeholder reports.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience with Adobe InDesign, particularly in multi-page document layout and production.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing reports, infographics, and presentation documents.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and deliver polished, professional layouts.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is advantageous.
• Experience in tourism, hospitality, or destination marketing is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and meeting tight deadlines.
• Availability to deliver the first project by mid-July 2026.
