Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer to join an AI project.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a machine learning algorithm that learns from user selections (e.g., choosing A from a set of candidates A, B, C, D) to improve future predictions.
• Develop an efficient solution to retrieve the most relevant candidates from a dataset containing millions of records.
• Build, test, and optimize models for accuracy and performance.
• Collaborate with the development team to deploy the solution into production.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning.
• Strong Python skills and experience with machine learning frameworks.
• Experience with large-scale datasets and search/retrieval techniques.
• Knowledge of recommendation systems, ranking algorithms, or similar ML applications.
• Experience deploying ML models into production is a plus.
