EBRO SUV is looking for someone enthusiastic, autonomous, and ready to keep things moving. This role combines classic office coordination with administrative support across HR processes, travel logistics, benefits, and compliance. Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and comfort in a fast-paced, multicultural environment are a must.


What you´ll do:

  • Administrative and office support handling basic documentation, coordinating suppliers, managing office supplies, and supporting daily operations.
  • Agenda and meeting coordination scheduling meetings, organizing calendars, and preparing meeting rooms and materials.
  • Basic reporting and follow‑up preparing simple summaries, notes, and follow‑up actions for managers.
  • Company Car Benefit Administration: Coordinate the administration of the company car benefit program, including liaison with the fleet department, monitoring vehicle changes and their impact on compensation in kind, preparing the required documentation, and ensuring timely employee acknowledgment and signature.
  • Occupational Health & Safety Support: Act as the primary administrative point of contact with the external Occupational Health & Safety provider (Vitaly), supporting the coordination of mandatory health and safety activities, documentation, medical examinations, and compliance with local regulations
  • Recruitment Graduate Program: Assist in the end-to-end coordination of the Graduate Program recruitment process across different business departments, including candidate scheduling, interview coordination, communication with hiring managers, and onboarding support for selected graduates.


What we´re looking for:

  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
  • 1–2 years in an HR department, in a support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; Chinese is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work with multicultural teams and adapt to different working styles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and service orientation
