Scrum Master

Scrum Master (m/f/d) – Agile Transformation & Product Development 80% – Bern

Project: We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong coaching and facilitation skills for our client. In this role, you will guide agile teams through organisational change, promote a sustainable agile way of working, and support the continuous development of collaboration, processes and product development.

Your future responsibilities:

• Ensuring and facilitating all Scrum events (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, retrospectives, etc.)

• Planning and facilitating workshops as well as larger-scale events such as PI Planning and system demos

• Coaching teams and stakeholders in the application of agile methods and Scrum principles

• Promoting cross-team collaboration and an open feedback culture

• Identifying, raising awareness of and removing impediments at team and product level

• Helping to shape and coordinate change and transformation initiatives

• Further development of working models, ways of working and agile forms of collaboration

• Promoting self-organisation, personal responsibility and continuous improvement

• Supporting teams in the development of high-quality products

• Structuring and preparing documentation, decision-making materials and communication documents (Confluence, planning documents, etc.)

• Promoting transparency regarding objectives, priorities and progress

• Supporting the Product Owner in the effective management of the product backlog and the clear documentation of requirements

Your profile:

• Several years’ experience as a Scrum Master in complex agile project or product environments

• Experience in organisational transformation or change initiatives

• An affinity for technology and a good understanding of modern software and product development

• Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM or equivalent)

• Experience with agile metrics and data-driven continuous improvement

• Knowledge of scaled agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe)

• Very good knowledge of Jira and Confluence

Location: Bern and surrounding area / Hybrid

Working hours: 60–80%
