Web3preneur is an outcome-driven Web3 networking and matchmaking platform and event series, organized by BlockOn Group, a blockchain venture builder and VC active since 2013 with 15+ portfolio companies across Singapore, UAE, India, Thailand, and Dubai. Through Web3preneur AccInvest, we back early-stage Web3, crypto, and AI startups with funding, mentorship, and hands-on support. As we expand into Europe, we're hiring a Crypto Venture Analyst based in Spain.

The role

As a Crypto Venture Analyst, you'll source, screen, and evaluate early-stage crypto and Web3 startups for our accelerator and investment pipeline. You'll dig into teams, tokenomics, traction, and markets, build the analysis behind our funding decisions, and help our portfolio grow. This is a hands-on, crypto-native role with direct exposure to deal flow and the investment committee.

What you'll do

• Source and screen early-stage crypto, Web3, and AI startups for AccInvest
• Run due diligence on teams, products, tokenomics, traction, and markets
• Build investment memos, models, and risk assessments for the committee
• Conduct fundamental and on-chain analysis to support funding decisions
• Support portfolio startups post-investment with insights and connections
• Track the European crypto startup scene and build deal flow in the region
• Stay on top of crypto trends, narratives, and emerging sectors

What you bring

• 2+ years in venture analysis, investment, or research (crypto/Web3 strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of crypto markets, tokenomics, DeFi, and startup fundamentals
• Solid analytical and financial-modeling skills; comfortable with on-chain tools
• A real feel for crypto culture and what separates signal from hype
• Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish a strong plus
• Based in Spain with the right to work in Spain/EU, able to work European hours
• Self-driven and reliable in a remote setup

Nice to have

• An existing network across the Spanish or European Web3 startup ecosystem
• Experience at an accelerator, VC, or as a founder
• Familiarity with on-chain analytics (Dune, Nansen, Glassnode)
• Additional European languages

What we offer

• Competitive salary: €54,000 to €58,000 gross/year, plus performance upside
