As a Fullstack Developer (Laravel + Vue.js) you need to have:

(Option 1) Backend:

Minimum 3 years working with Laravel;

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of PHP;
Experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL
Ability to build and consume RESTful APIs
Experience with Eloquent ORM, migrations, validation, authentication, authorization, policies, and gates
Familiarity with Laravel Scheduler, cron jobs, queues, and background jobs
Knowledge of CORS, API security, and access control
Experience with caching strategies using Laravel Cache, Redis, or similar tools

(Option 2) Frontend:

3+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
Advanced knowledge of Tailwind CSS and modern, responsive styling methodologies.
Deep expertise in Vue 3, including core reactivity, state management (stores), crafting reusable components, and integrating third-party libraries.
Strong experience consuming APIs and writing clean, efficient asynchronous code.
Proficiency with modern package managers (npm, pnpm, yarn) and Node.js version management.

Also needed:

Familiarity with Git
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
Basic understanding of performance optimization and secure coding practices
Good communication and teamwork skills

These are nice-to-haves:

Experience with e2e/feature/unit testing;
Experience deploying on AWS/Digital Ocean;
Experience with Postman/Swagger/Hoppscotch;
Knowledge of SOLID principles and common design patterns
Experience with Docker, Redis, CI/CD, or cloud deployment is a plus

This is what you are going to do:

Write clean, commented code and user-friendly interfaces;
Research the best technical solutions;
Consult with the development team to implement the best technical solutions;
Write specs for apps or new modules;
Stick with self-imposed deadlines;
Attend SCRUM meetings.
