Senior Back End Python Engineer

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Python Backend Engineer who is passionate about building scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend applications.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing components using React.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend integrations.
• Work with databases and optimize application performance.
• Deploy and maintain applications in cloud environments.
• Manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code practices with Terraform.
• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• 5+ years of commercial experience as a Software Backend Engineer / Python Engineer
• Experience developing backend applications with Python.
• Good understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
• Experience working with React and collaborating on frontend development.
• Experience using Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
