Python Developer in Test (Automotive)

What You'll Do

• Analyze requirements and define test scenarios
• Create and maintain test specifications and test cases
• Develop and automate test cases using Python
• Build and maintain Continuous Testing (CT) pipelines
• Analyze and evaluate test results
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting
• Develop automated reporting solutions
• Take ownership of system components and become a domain expert

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Automotive and Embedded Software Testing
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience with Robot Framework or similar test automation frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Git and version control systems
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CT pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar)
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and software development lifecycle
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Experience with Vector CANoe

Automotive Domain Experience in One or More of the Following

• Diagnostics
• Bluetooth
• WLAN
• V2X
• GNSS
• Network Interfaces
• Power Management
• Mobile Networks
• Antennas
• Audio
• Flashing

Nice to Have

• CodeBeamer ALM, JFrog Artifactory, CANalyzer
• Experience with automotive analysis tools such as ESO or DLT Tracer
• Knowledge of communication protocols: Ethernet, CAN, LIN, FlexRay
