Full Stack .NET Developer

We are looking for a Full Stack .NET Developer to join a long-running software engineering project in the healthcare and diagnostics space.

The role is hybrid — 1 day/week in the office, with flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET Core 8
  • Contribute to the migration and modernization of legacy .NET 4.8 applications
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Architects on technical solutions
  • Own features end-to-end — from development through production support
  • Investigate and resolve production issues with attention to business impact
  • Participate in code reviews and uphold shared engineering standards
  • Report progress and risks clearly to the Team Lead and Product Owner
  • Occasional travel: a few days every quarter


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development (.NET backend + modern frontend)
  • Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core 8
  • Experience with .NET 4.8 legacy applications (maintenance or migration)
  • Solid understanding of REST API design
  • Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server — queries, transactions, performance tuning
  • Frontend exposure: Angular 12+ or React


Nice to Have

  • Docker and Kubernetes
  • Microservices and distributed systems architecture
  • Azure DevOps — CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows
  • NoSQL: MongoDB or Redis

  • Writes clean, testable, maintainable code
  • Takes ownership of what they deliver
  • Works effectively in Agile, cross-functional, international teams
  • Attentive to performance, security, and reliability
  • Able to work independently and contribute to technical decisions
  • Experience mentoring others is a plus
