Job Purpose

Performs daily tasks that contribute to designing, developing, and supporting applications that drive business success. Gain hands-on experience, optimize performance, and collaborate with experts to deliver impactful solutions.

Principal Accountabilities

General

• Work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment to deliver solutions.
• Analyze business needs and develop practical, effective solutions.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, team members, and vendors, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain and share knowledge within the team to improve efficiency and reduce reliance on individuals.
• Coordinate tasks with various stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of assignments.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach in all activities.

Technical

• Assist in designing and developing software applications using tools like Oracle, .Net, Java, or ABAP under supervision.
• Write clean, efficient, and error-free code adhering to development standards and best practices.
• Perform basic integration tasks for new systems following established guidelines.
• Ensure applications meet performance standards and are secure at the data level.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to support smooth business operations.
• Collaborate with the team to test, modify, and enhance programs for better functionality.
• Follow established change control procedures for applying updates or changes to applications.
• Document deployment processes and create guides to ensure smooth transitions from development to production.
• Keep up-to-date with new technologies and maintain high coding standards for quality outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Degree: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Application Development, Engineering or equivalent

Experience

• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of programming or application development experience.
• Preferable work experience in building critical business applications in technology areas like Oracle or .Net or Java or ABAP
