Purpose of the Job

The UI/UX Lead is responsible for building and evolving Ogooga’s reusable experience architecture. The role exists to create scalable UX structures, templates, components, and reusable experience systems that can be operationalized by System Lab and executed at scale by Performance Design. The UI/UX team acts as the structural layer between UX thinking and scalable production and operates across two connected streams: reusable system and template architecture, and live UX, optimization, and new product experience development. Working closely with Creative, PPC, Performance Design, and System Lab, the role focuses on designing data-informed experience systems that improve usability, scalability, consistency, experimentation, and speed across brands and markets.

The UI/UX Lead is also responsible for building strong feedback and learning loops into the function, ensuring design decisions are informed by behavioral insight, testing outcomes, market learnings, and recurring structural patterns. AI is leveraged where it improves speed, quality, scalability, or workflow efficiency, helping shape design structures that System Lab can operationalize through automation layers.

Example: Turning player funnel analytics and behavioral insights into a set of reusable template structures and modular components that System Lab can easily automate, significantly cutting layout deployment friction and maximizing conversion across multiple markets.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Lead and support the UI/UX team across both system work and live UX projects.
• Maintain strong UX and UI quality across landing pages, templates, components, digital products, and user experiences.
• Build, improve, and optimize reusable templates, component systems, and scalable UX structures across brands and markets.
• Lead UX direction and structural experience design for new internal and external products, features, and digital initiatives across the business.
• Create scalable UX foundations that support both rapid experimentation and long-term product growth.
• Create data-informed template systems and reusable UX patterns that can later be automated and scaled through System Lab workflows and used by Performance Design.
• Work closely with System Lab to make sure templates, UX systems, and reusable structures are practical, scalable, and ready for AI-assisted workflows.
• Collaborate with Performance Design to ensure systems support fast testing, experimentation, optimization, and scalable execution.
• Drive continuous UX optimization across products, landing pages, and reusable systems based on behavioral insights, testing outcomes, and performance signals.
• Turn behavioral insights, testing results, UX learnings, and recurring structural patterns into reusable improvements across the system.
• Use tools like Microsoft Clarity, heatmaps, session recordings, UX audits, and behavioral analysis to identify structural UX issues and optimization opportunities.
• Work closely with PPC and Performance Design teams on recurring UX reviews tied to campaign and behavioral performance.
• Balance system-building work with live UX execution through clear prioritization and sprint planning.
• Work closely with Creative to ensure scalable systems still align with brand direction and user experience standards.
• Use AI-assisted workflows where they improve speed, quality, scalability, or efficiency.
• Improve design workflows, documentation, handoffs, and operational collaboration across teams.
• Own and evolve reusable design system structures, including components, templates, and documentation standards.
• Lead UX reviews, usability improvements, journey optimizations, and structural experience improvements across products and landing pages.
• Support new market launches, product initiatives, and scalable UX frameworks across the business.
• Ensure processes and governance improve consistency, scalability, and operational clarity without slowing teams down.

Technical Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in UI/UX, digital product design, landing pages, or fast-paced digital environments.
• Strong UX and UI craft across landing pages, reusable systems, templates, and conversion-focused experiences.
• Strong Figma skills, including components, auto-layouts, scalable systems, and structured design workflows.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, heatmaps, session recordings, or behavioral UX tools.
• Experience building reusable templates, component systems, and scalable UX structures.
• Strong understanding of usability, behavioral UX, information hierarchy, and digital interaction patterns.
• Ability to turn UX insights, behavioral learnings, and testing outcomes into practical structural improvements.
• Comfortable collaborating closely with Creative, PPC, Performance Design, and technical teams.
• Strong operational mindset with the ability to balance quality, scalability, consistency, and speed.
• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills inside fast-moving environments.
• Experience leading or mentoring small, agile teams across UI/UX and/or design workflows.
• Experience working inside affiliate marketing, iGaming, sports betting, media, or other performance-driven digital industries.
• Familiarity with low-code or no-code website building platforms such as Elementor, Webflow, or similar tools used for scalable landing page and template implementation.
• Experience working with design systems, reusable workflow structures, or scalable production environments.
• Experience working across multiple brands, markets, or high-volume digital environments.

AI Skills & Expectations

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design tools such as Figma AI, Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, or similar.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and modern design tooling ecosystems.
• Use AI-assisted workflows proactively where they improve speed, quality, scalability, or efficiency.
• Help shape reusable design structures and workflows that System Lab can operationalize through AI-assisted production systems and automation layers.
