Cybersecurity Engineer

About the role

You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the architecture supporting the Cyber Defense teams. You will evaluate new security technologies, participate in Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and ensure the continuous evolution of the security monitoring infrastructure.

Working closely with the SOC, CSIRT, Vulnerability Management, and you will help strengthen detection capabilities, optimize log collection, and support a secure and scalable Cyber Defense environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure Cyber Defense architecture and log collection capabilities.
• Maintain and improve the security monitoring and collection infrastructure.
• Develop solutions following Security by Design and Privacy by Design principles.
• Produce architecture documentation and technical specifications.
• Evaluate and integrate new cybersecurity tools and technologies.
• Monitor, assess, and improve the performance and security of the Cyber Defense architecture.
• Support the expansion of detection capabilities across network, cloud, systems, and mobile environments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to deliver cybersecurity initiatives.
  

Profile

• At least 5 years of experience as a Cybersecurity Engineer.
• Strong experience with SOC architecture, SIEM, SOAR, and security operations.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure security.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity architecture, networking, threat detection, and security monitoring.
• Experience designing secure, scalable enterprise architectures.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English is required.
