🔹 Your role

As a Scrum Master, you will act as a servant leader, facilitating Scrum processes and enabling teams to self-organize and deliver value. You will play a key role in driving Agile adoption and creating an environment where teams can truly thrive.

🔹 What you’ll do

✅ Drive Agile transformation and coach teams on Agile principles and practices

✅ Foster a high-performing culture of transparency, self-organization, and continuous delivery

✅ Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Scrum teams to maximize value delivery

✅ Promote a strong “user-first” mindset and alignment on agreed objectives

✅ Collect, analyze, and leverage Agile metrics to improve effectiveness and time to market

✅ Proactively identify and remove impediments, including cultural and organizational barriers

✅ Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across teams

✅ Contribute to defining and improving Agile standards and best practices

✅ Design and deliver Agile training to strengthen company-wide expertise

🔹 What we’re looking for

✔️ 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master / Agile PM in complex environments

✔️ Strong expertise in Scrum and Kanban, including scaling across distributed teams

✔️ Proven leadership and team-building skills

✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

✔️ Experience delivering complex projects and managing multiple activities

✔️ Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs

✔️ Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Agile ways of working

✔️ Fluent English (written and spoken)

🎯 SAFe® or PMI-ACP certification is a plus.
