Technical Project Manager

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

• Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end project execution, ensuring tasks, deliverables, and timelines are met
• Facilitate daily stand‑ups, project meetings, and cross‑team communication to maintain project alignment
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, roadmaps
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or blockers, and implement mitigation plans
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, including leadership, clients, and internal teams
• Manage project documentation, including requirements, scope, timelines
• Collaborate with technical teams (engineering, infrastructure, security, operations) to ensure deliverables meet business requirements
• Track project performance using KPIs, reporting tools, and governance frameworks
• Coordinate with vendors or external partners when needed to support project activities
• Drive continuous improvement by reviewing project outcomes and implementing process

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is a plus)
• Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow or similar platforms
• Certifications such as PMP or equivalent are nice to have
• Ability to interpret technical information and translate it into business‑focused messaging
• Strong project planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong stakeholder management and expectation‑setting capabilities
• Ability to facilitate meetings, build relationships, and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
• Solid problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities to navigate complex project challenges
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with experience tailoring messages for technical and business audiences
• Willing to work from Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 19:00 with 1 hour lunch break, in a hybrid system (4 days from our office)
