Primary Skill (Technical Skill – Mandatory) Advanced Routing & switching, Data Center Network

Role & Responsibilities

· Experienced in Production Network Environment of an large enterprise impacting 100+ users

· Handling Data Center Network Operations with Business & Mission Critical application

· Handling escalated incidents or high critical tickets · Predicting Risk/Impact and Participating in Major Changes

· Reporting & Performance Dashboards with Capacity Planning

· Technical Transition & Documentation skills (Onsite to Offshore)

· Design, Migration and upgradation of existing infrastructure

· Provide input for Weekly and monthly status reports

· Participate in business meetings with various stake holders on a need basis

· Take corrective actions based on the customer satisfaction surveys.

· Work on the service improvement programs.

· TakeUP technical training program on multi-vendor SD WAN technologies.
