- Clean and transform structured and unstructured data from multiple sources;
- Develop and test machine learning models to support business decision-making;
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, anomalies, and key drivers;
- Collaborate with ML Ops team to integrate analytical solutions into operational workflows and ensure reliability, scalability, and ongoing performance;
- Evaluate model accuracy and effectiveness, implementing continuous optimization and tuning;
- Work closely with Process Analysts to collect and analyze process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on improved processes, increased productivity, and reduced costs;
- Previous experience in a similar position required (min. 1-2 years);
- Good knowledge of SQL Querying and expertise in Python / R;
- Graduate of Automatics, Cybernetics, Informatics or Mathematics;
- Good knowledge of Statistics and Mathematics;
- Good command of English;
- Knowledge of GitLab and Databricks would be an advantage;
- Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau would be an advantage;
- Analytical skills;
- Customer oriented.
