Objectifs :

Lead digital transformation projects from framing to delivery

Gather business needs and translate them into digital roadmaps and backlogs

Coordinate business, IT and external partners throughout the project

Manage planning, budget and risks across multiple workstreams

Drive change management and support user adoption of new tools and processes

Track project KPIs and report progress to steering committees

Contribute to the definition of digital strategy and priorities

Key skills :

Experience managing digital transformation or IT projects

Strong project management skills (planning, budget, risk management)

Experience with Agile and/or hybrid project methodologies

Good understanding of digital tools, processes and change management

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Great English

Profil :

Engineering degree or equivalent background in IT or business management. We are looking for a structured, pragmatic profile comfortable driving change across business and technical teams.
